My method
"Relax." "Trust the process." "Let go."
These are common pieces of advice given to high-level athletes. They aren't wrong—but they are completely useless without a method to apply them concretely.
Here is how I structure mental preparation work with every athlete I coach, using my Boost of Confidence method:
-
Pinpoint the exact block. Not "the mind" in general—the exact moment, the exact thought, the exact trigger.
-
Build a tailor-made strategy. The words, the visual cues, and the actions that suit you, tested directly in competition—not just in theory in an office.
-
Anchor it sustainably. The goal is never for you to depend on me indefinitely, but for your recovered confidence to become entirely your own.
I work on three dimensions simultaneously—mind, body, and heart—because a mental block rarely expresses itself in just one area.

YOUR benefits
-
Regain your confidence right from the very first sessions.
-
Unlock what's holding you back from unleashing your full potential—no empty theories, just concrete actions that deliver results you can actually feel.
-
Walk away with a lasting transformation in your performance, not just a temporary boost that fades after a few competitions.
Why me?
-
A method tested in the field, not just in theory—proven in real competition and combat scenarios.
-
Lived experience, not just studied theory. Self-doubt and suppressed potential: I've walked through them myself.
-
Coaching that goes beyond sports—athletes, coaches, managers, entrepreneurs, students: the underlying mechanisms are the same, adapted to your context.
-
Available online via video and in 5 languages, wherever you are in the world.
-
Mental Sports Team World Champion (Beijing, 2019)—the method I teach is the exact one I first applied to myself.
